Quick and easy snack na swak na swak sa bulsa 🙃

Ingredients:
*Loaf bread
*Hotdog or sausage
*Egg
*Bread crumbs
*Cheese
*Oil

Procedures:
1. Iprito ang hotdogs gaya ng nakasanayan nating luto.
2. Iroll lang ang loaf bread kasama yung hotdog at cheese.
3. After nun, idip lang yung bread rolls sa egg para kumapit yung bread crumbs then fry.

Best partner with ketchup combined with mayonnaise. 😋

COFFEE JELLY RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 pack unflavored gelatin (we used Mr. Gulaman)
1.5 liters water
2 tablespoons instant coffee powder
3/4 cup sugar
1 pack all-purpose cream (250ml)
1 pack condensed milk (250ml)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Dissolve the in gelatin 1.5 liters of water (or you may follow instructions on the gelatin’s packaging).
2. Bring to a boil until dissolved, then add sugar.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in the instant coffee and dissolve thoroughly.
4. Transfer the gelatin in a shallow container. Spread about 1 inch thick. Set aside.
5. When the gelatin sets, cut into cubes.
6. Blend the all-purpose cream and condensed milk in a separate container. Pour the mixture to the gelatin and refrigerate.
8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

CILANTRO LIME CHICKEN

Ingredients:

4 pieces boneless chicken breasts

1/2 cup cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons lime juice

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon garlic, minced

2 teaspoons salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Procedure:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine cilantro, lime juice, olive oil garlic, salt, and ground black pepper.

2. Put-in the chicken breasts and coat with the mixture. Marinate for at least 3 hours. Note: It will be better to marinate the chicken overnight. This can be done by covering the bowl with cling wrap and refrigerate.

3. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6 to 8 minutes per side or until each side is done. Do not grill for too long as the juices may dry-out.

4. Transfer to a serving plate then serve.

Ingredients

*2 cups glutinous rice (sweet rice or malagkit), washed
*2 1/4 cups brown sugar
*4 cups coconut milk
*2 cups coconut cream
*1/2 tsp salt

Procedure

*Combine glutinous rice and 4 cups of coconut milk in a cooking pot. Heat and let boil, then reduce heat and cook while stirring until the texture thickens. This process can range from 18 to 20 minutes, or even more.

*Add 1 1/4 cups of sugar and salt. Continuously stir and cook for 10 more minutes or until the rice is completely done. The texture should be very sticky.

*Meanwhile, arrange banana leaves in a 9x 13 inches baking pan. Transfer the cooked sticky rice to the baking pan. Set aside.

*Make the topping by heating a sauce pan and combining 2 cups of coconut cream and remaining 1 cup of brown sugar. Let boil and simmer while stirring once in a while until the texture thickens.

*Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

*Spread the topping equally over the cooked sticky rice. Bake for 12 to 18 minutes or until the topping becomes a little firm.

*Remove from the oven and let cool.

Buttermilk Fried Chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs chicken, cut into serving pieces
2 cups buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Combine chicken and buttermilk in a large mixing bowl then mix well.
Place the mixture inside the fridge and marinade overnight.
Combine flour, salt, and ground black pepper then mix well.
Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture then set aside.
Heat a frying pan and pour-in olive oil.
When the oil is hot enough, pan fry the chicken for 3 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer the semi-fried chicken in a baking tray.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Bake the semi-fried chicken for 30 minutes then reduce the heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and continue baking for 15 to 20 minutes.
Turn off the oven and transfer the chicken to a serving plate.

Spaghetti & Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb spaghetti
1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ cup bread crumbs
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 onion, chopped
1 cup beef broth or stock
24 ounces crushed tomatoes
3 tablespoons Chinese parsley, chopped
6 fresh basil leaves
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce1 egg, beaten
5 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
1 piece raw egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ¼ cup parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, 2 cloves garlic, egg, salt and pepper then mix thoroughly.
Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and mold until a spherical shape is formed. Continue this step until the mixture is consumed.
Arrange the molded mixture in a greased baking tray then preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 15 minutes.
Heat a cooking pot then pour-in olive oil.
When the oil is hot enough, sauté the garlic and onions.
Pour-in the crushed tomatoes and bring to a boil.
Add the beef stock, parsley, and basil then simmer for 15 minutes.
Put-in the ¼ cup parmesan cheese and baked meatballs them simmer for 5 minutes
Place on top of the cooked spaghetti then serve. Share and enjoy!
