蛋糕寄送皆使用"黑貓宅配低溫配送",因宅配蛋糕有一定程度的風險， 在包裝和蛋糕的固定上，我們都經過改良加強， 但宅配有許多無法掌控的狀況，即使每站宅配人員都很小心， 還是有可能發生宅配車晃動或是冰櫃失溫導至蛋糕損傷的情況…… 蛋糕與一般冷凍食品不同,因此宅配蛋糕"皆無保固服務,恕無法提供蛋糕損壞金額賠償"~ 若收到當日有任何損傷,請拍照回報,本店會依損壞情狀,補償於下次給予折扣~ 請確認了解並能接受再下訂喔~謝謝您~
