🌟歡迎來到大廚們的特別演出「一夜情」🌟

來自JUJU西班牙餐廳的主廚Pablo Lorenzo和來自Panoramix Project丰子甜點的糕點主廚Florian Bourquin再次聚首,舉辦一場一次性又獨一無二的美食盛宴。

在「一夜情」中,為每一口美食都是一場冒險,每一道菜都蘊含著一個故事做好準備。在整個晚上的過程中,您將品嘗到五個創意十足的小型套餐菜單,每個套餐都包括一道美味的鹹點、一份曖昧的甜點及雙廚特別挑選的一款特色飲品。您將品嘗到10道小菜和5款已配對的酒類飲品,共同創造出一個超越期待的美味交響曲。

A few months ago, in my ever going quest of learning, this happened.
Taiwanese tea specialist 1st level certificate passed, all in mandarin.
It was a real challenge to study for this but in the end both written and sensorial exam passed!
