Originally from north Texas DFW area, we bring Texas BBQ and Southern home-cookin' to the East. Everything is made from scratch. . We provide slow-n-low Texas BBQ, BBQ fusion dishes (such as Texas-Thai chicken curry, Texas-Italian pasta dish, etc.), and homemade desserts. We do pop-ups, catering for parties and some Internet orders: Meat, desserts, sides and sauce.

Texas Tom's(德州湯姆)提供德州式低溫慢火燻烤BBQ，和美式風格甜點，以及融合BBQ和墨西哥、義大利等異國風味的創意料理。純手工新鮮原食材烹調，目前尚無店面，僅以快閃店，或透過私訊留言訂購外送、以及私人派對外燴等服務。
