在馬爾地夫的甜滿牛軋餅
主廚曾留學於法國藍帶學校(Le Cordon Bleu)與法式甜點學校Ecole Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil,並於米其林餐廳HOTEL DE CRILLON實習,在台灣曾任職於圓山飯店、兄弟飯店、希爾頓飯店、君悅飯店、晶華酒店。
