今年是瓦城泰統集團充滿感謝與成長的一年。
感謝每一位夥伴在日常營運、門店管理與服務品質上的投入與堅持。
在大家的努力下，全球研發中心正式啟用，美國首店也進入營運倒數，為集團國際布局踏出關鍵一步。
年度表揚晚會中，來自全台的主管團隊齊聚一堂，交流這一年在營運、廚房管理與服務品質提升上的實際成果。透過回顧影片，看見夥伴們投入工作的身影與笑容，也再次凝聚了持續前進的動力。
我們也邀請了外部講師 Midee 以「成長型思維」為主題，帶領夥伴從實際經驗出發，重新思考學習、挑戰與自我調整。提醒我們，成長來自一次次嘗試與修正的累積。
董事長Charles在致詞中提到：「瓦城集團之所以能走到今天，是因為每一位同仁在每天的細節裡，用真心做對的事。」

This year has been one of gratitude and growth for TTFB Group.
We sincerely thank every partner for your dedication to daily operations, store management, and service excellence. Through our collective efforts, we proudly celebrated the official launch of our Global R&D Center, and with our first U.S. store approaching its opening, we have taken a significant step forward in our global journey.
At our Annual Leadership Dinner, management teams from across Taiwan gathered to reflect on the year’s progress and share insights on operational excellence, kitchen management, and service quality. A retrospective video brought us back to the moments of passion and commitment behind our work—reminding us of the shared motivation that drives us forward.
We were also honored to welcome guest speaker Midee, who led a session on the “Growth Mindset.” Drawing from real-life experiences, the session encouraged us to rethink how we approach learning, challenges, and self-adjustment—reinforcing the belief that true growth is built through continuous experimentation and refinement.
As Chairman Charles shared in his speech:
“TTFB Group has come this far because every team member chooses to do the right thing with heart, paying attention to every detail, every single day.”
