成立於西元1981年，為「台北老咖啡店」之一。自設烘焙工廠，烘焙加工後批發給各咖啡店、西餐廳、飯店等為主要業務，同時也積極輔導咖啡店之開設、咖啡專業技能之教學、咖啡文化之傳播。
