主理人多年與以色列人生活工作，發現當地人飲食習慣喜歡方便快速
簡單模式加上對種族節日的重視，啟發的想法思維。

製作過程非常簡單且方便攜帶，加上餅乾的內餡可以任意的搭配
心有所屬的口味，成特色之所在。

透過當地甜點師的食譜以貼近當地的口感香味，重新改良後決定進台灣
甜點市場，目前因台灣唯一販售的店家。

Israeli Hamantaschen | A variety of Middle Eastern–originated classic desserts combined with Taiwanese agricultural ingredients to create unique shelf-stable desserts.

Currently the only unique Israeli-style dessert in Taiwan.
The founder has lived and worked with Israelis for many years, discovering that locals prefer convenient and fast eating habits.
A simple approach, combined with the importance of cultural and festive traditions, inspired this concept and way of thinking.

The production process is very simple and convenient to carry, and the cookie fillings can be freely customized.
Having a flavor that suits individual preference becomes its unique characteristic.

Using recipes from local pastry chefs to achieve authentic taste and aroma, and after refinement, it was introduced into the Taiwan dessert market.
