「吃吃看TASTERS」成立於1981年，品牌創辦人－葉鳳珠 女士，在英國太太與先生在台工作結束將返國，葉鳳珠　女士決定頂下麵包店，傳承英國太太的西點手藝，延續正統英式蛋糕的美味。經典的特濃起司蛋糕系列和酥脆起司餅，以嚴選頂級起司與獨門特調秘方製作，靠著香濃的起司味及紮實的口感，逐漸打響名號，儼然已成為台北市具有代表性的在地名產。
