Today, we celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival by making a beloved Taiwanese street-food classic—stir-fried squid noodles!

From preparing the ingredients to cooking the dish, the children did it all by themselves. Through their hands-on experience, they created a delicious dish filled with the traditional flavors and aromas of Taiwan.
