晋石窯 晋石窯柴燒窯烤麵包,無油.無糖.低鹽.老麵在常溫製作出的麵包

原本是個領薪水的電腦工程師，工作雖然是工程師但對烘焙非常有興趣，趁工作之餘到職訓中心學習烘焙。
原本只有在工作之餘做給家人的麵包，三年前媽媽突然中風，為專心照顧媽媽辭去工作。
喜歡吃麵包的媽媽無法吃市售麵包，因市售麵包油脂及糖鹽比例過高，為了做出適合家人可以吃的麵包，不斷嘗試做出低油脂、低鹽、無糖麵包，以自行製作的石窯烘焙麵包，使麵包更健康更天然。
