皇家蛋糕創立於1988年，起初開在台中市西屯區熱鬧的市集中，因老闆的手藝精湛，常常客戶訂蛋糕現場製作只要15分鐘，漸漸傳遍大街小巷越來越多的人，皆聞名而至，從狹小的店面，至今約二百坪的空間，全靠客戶支持與鼓勵，讓皇家穩定成長著，現在皇家企業依舊秉持著「品質新鮮看得見」的信念持續服務客戶！
