當時老板到了日本京都時,走在京都的清水阪上,京都百年老店的氛圍在現代化的日本,長存融合卻不突兀
歷史長河沒有將老店沖毀,,反而帶出更有深度的韻味

我們不像一般蛋糕店般華麗,我們也沒有一般烘焙店的多元選擇.

現在的經營者為了迎合消費大眾化的口味,而添加了過多的香料及防腐添加物,
譁眾取寵的過多包裝,卻忘了最簡單的本質
