謝謝我的愛如花老師，義氣相挺從台北南下台中來我家幫我搬蛋糕去烘焙展展覽。如果沒有你我真的不知道怎麼辦才好❤️
我改的機票在昨天早上抵達台灣後，我馬不停蹄驚險趕到家裡剛好20分鐘內可以一起出發帶蛋糕北上😂 佈完展後又趕回台中睡覺。
謝謝冠瑩老師的邀請，可以在烘焙展展覽覺得很榮幸，佈展的時候也看到其他老師們好開心，真的很喜歡和其他喜愛糖藝術的人一起見面❤️
今年的烘焙展有很多美麗的作品展出中喔，其中還有河男大神的作品，喜愛糖藝術的人不要錯過喔！

I made to the Bakery Show on time !
Because of the flight changed, I didn’t know if I was going to back on time. After mine arival to Taiwan, I rushed back to my house in Taichung to carry my cake up north again to the show. Took a train back to home and finally and get some rest . Special thanks to my beloved teacher who especially came down to Taichung helping to carry my cake for me. I don’t know to do without you. ❤️
I am very honored to be invited by Rachel Lee to exhibit my cake at the Taipei International Bakery Show. Such a great time seeing other artists and masters while setting up. It is always a blessing seeing other sugar artists.

There are many beautiful showpieces on the exhibition this year. Don’t miss the show if you are into sugar artists.

I am so honored my work ‘Garden Whisper’ has be selected as Editor ’s Choice Beginning Sugar Art of the Year 2025 and Beginner Royal Icing Art 2025. I had poured a lot of energy and effort making this piece. And having an all royal icing sugar work to be appropriate by so many people is very encouraging to me. Thank you all who like this piece and I hope to show more beauty of royal icing to you in the future❤️

I am truly honored and incredibly happy to receive the Editor’s Choice – Beginner Sugar Art of the Year 2025 award.

Having the opportunity to attend the DMAs organized by the wonderful super lady, Kelly Jane, and to meet so many talented artists from around the world, has been such a meaningful experience for me. I am so happy that I chose to step out of my comfort zone and be part of it.

Everyone I met was so kind and welcoming, which made this journey even more unforgettable. This experience has been both beautiful and inspiring, encouraging me to continue working hard and creating with even greater dedication.

I am deeply grateful that my work has received such generous recognition. I never imagined it would be embraced in this way or lead me into such a wonderful community. Royal icing is my true passion, and I hope through my work more people can discover its beauty — its elegance, intricate detail, and quiet strength.

Thank you again for all your support and encouragement, and everyone who voted for me. It truly means more to me than words can express 🤍

我感到無比榮幸與開心，能夠獲得 Editor’s Choice – Beginner Sugar Art of the Year 2025 這個獎項。

能夠參加由 Kelly Jane 精心籌辦的 DMAs，並且與來自世界各地這麼多優秀的藝術家相聚交流，對我而言是一段非常有意義的經歷。我真的很慶幸自己願意踏出舒適圈，參與這個特別的時刻。

我遇到的每一位朋友都非常親切與溫暖，讓這段旅程更加難忘。這次的經驗既美好又充滿啟發，也鼓勵我繼續更加努力創作、更加用心前行。

OMG! Two of my pieces made to 2025 Beginner Sugar Art Finalist!
‘Garden Whispers’ and ‘Alice’s Tea Party’ are both all royal icing creation, representing my deep love for icing.
Among them, Garden Whispers won Gold and 1st Place in the royal icing cake category at Cake International (UK) this year — an honor I’m incredibly grateful for.
Public voting will be opening soon and will count for 20% of the final score.
