喜樂詩烘焙坊，成立於2014年夏天，由一群曾在海外留學的碩士們，結合國內多位乙級烘焙師所創立，我們在國外接觸了各國的美食，體驗過不同的風俗民情；希望能將這寶貴的經驗，以及我們對於烘焙的熱情，藉由傳統與外來文化的不斷衝擊下，激盪出新的美味，帶給消費者無論是視覺與味蕾上的新體驗。
夏天的太陽帶給大地無限的活力，萬物蓬勃地生長。我們利用這大自然的恩賜，依傳統手造的方式，加入現代化科技的元素，結合當地的農特產品，創作出健康美味，風味獨特，既安全又好吃的各式麵包、蛋糕、餅乾。
希臘神話中的太陽神Helios，象徵著光明磊落與熱情，我們也期許自己能帶著希臘勇士們勇往直前不畏挫折的精神，持續為消費者創作出充滿幸福的美味。
