輕烘焙乃自創新名詞，意謂著麵包製程中，我們以少加工，少添加物為原則，不會刻強調純天然，但對於使用之原料總是嚴選，畢竟，本人及股東們自己的小孩也是吃自己賣的麵包，正因如此，自己吃得安心，才得以回饋社會大眾。
手工優格亦不只強調其美味特性，而是配合宣導需多注意自己身體的腸胃健康，加強體內環保，因為這兩年來，腸癌已急速竄升國人十大死因第一位，所以，我們深知且親自體會到優格對腸胃的好處，更覺得應該要讓他普及，以低價位售出即是想讓所有人都能吃得起，天天吃。
