本人接觸發酵麵食，從了解麵粉基本性質，熟悉生麵糰製作與創造過程，接觸港式點心製作，從簡單的蒸包，到搭配不同創意港式點心，甚至更進一步將生麵糰變化成蒸餃、鍋貼及捲餅等麵食，也了解到麵粉不再侷限於傳統的製作方式，而是具有多樣的變化，突破傳統僅能包子及饅頭等形式。
相對也提升自身的不同的歷練，觀察市場動向及可行性下，決定轉向自創業方式，開創「興發烘焙館」製作發酵麵食烘培等產品，在創造每樣產品皆考量到消費者的飲食多趨向於養生，皆以隨手取得新鮮蔬菜為主要材料，並以「健康、養身及創新」為素求有別以往傳統製作方式，更加創新化與精緻化。
