羅赫伯（Robert Hope），(專長於各式創意甜點料理設計與製作。)曾經歷任「Le Palais du Jardin」餐廳及「Park Lane飯店」和倫敦著名「Savoy飯店」，以及台灣和中國等多家五星級飯店點心房主廚。
目前的工作室坐落於新北市板橋區中山路一段158巷17號（近捷運板橋站/新北市府正後方）,營業時間為每日1130am至1930pm,歡迎各位蒞臨參觀
