店長自日本烘焙學校，學習麵包技術學成後回來後，成立了「Matina生吐司手作坊」，專賣各種口味的生吐司。
採[每月]限量預約手工製作，食材皆使用日本麵粉及法國發酵奶油新鮮製作而成、不添加人工色素和防腐劑，讓客人吃得健康又安心!
