日光晨曦(Sunbriar Bakery)是由熱愛烘焙的媽媽所創立的，阿母一直是個專心家務的家庭主婦，烘焙是她唯一的興趣，做著做著開始有親友想要訂購，然後連小孩也被叫來幫忙，目前開始於週六、日在新港以及附近的市集試賣，每週賣的東西不一定，唯一一點不變：堅持嚴選使用天然食材，不添加人工香料，提供健康的產品^.<
