Friday is finally here! Time to gallop into the weekend like our showstopper horse “Above and Beyond”. She is an award winning horse with magic feet who is so loved by her owners. He commemorated her in the most special way for his 60th birthday celebration. The last photo shows her in action and our cake is a complete replica of her.

She measured 40” long from head to end, not including the tail and she took me about 20 hours to complete and is 100% edible.

I don’t think I recovered yet from this one but she sure was an enjoyable creation 🤗🤗
