This is a new venture designed to offer some of our home to you - like Granny used to make! We call Santa Cruz "Trinidad's shower" because it's always raining in the Valley. And when it rains, everything bursts into life and is green and Lush. Also, family and friends have been enjoying our starch mangoes (the bounty of our Creator) for years. Simply delicious mangoes and other delectables from our home in the Lush Valley!

* We make and bake - preserves, cookies, muffins, cupcakes, breads and more
* We grow a variety of plants for your kitchen and herb garden, or for decorative purposes

They are the best (some disagree) While Julie mangoes are great in Starch mangoes are fine just as they are. That's the beauty of them. Perfect for a hot day like today. Our tree was huge until we got it cut yesterday(see our stories).
