🏆 Two-Time Caribbean Baking Awards Winner 🏆
My heart is so full.
Attending the Caribbean Baking Awards in beautiful Saint Maarten was an honor in itself, but to return home as the recipient of the 2026 Best Overall Cake Designer Award is something I still can’t quite put into words.
First and foremost, I give all glory to God. Every opportunity, every lesson, every victory has been by His grace, and I will never stop thanking Him for carrying me through this journey.
To my children, Hailey and Logan—my Ha and my Lo—thank you for being the inspiration behind HaLo Desserts. Everything I do is rooted in my love for you both and my desire to show you that dreams are worth chasing.
To my parents, family, and my incredible friends who traveled to Saint Maarten to stand beside me, thank you for your unwavering love and support. And to my family and friends back home who cheered me on from afar, I felt every prayer, every message, and every word of encouragement.
To every customer, supporter, follower, and well-wisher who has trusted me to be part of your special moments—thank you. Your support has allowed me to grow, create, and continue doing what I love.
A heartfelt thank you to the Caribbean Baking Awards for creating a platform that celebrates the incredible talent within our region. It is truly a privilege that my work has brought me here, and to receive this honor for a second time is something I will never take for granted.
This award is not the destination—it’s another milestone. There is still so much more to create, so much more to learn, and so many more dreams to chase.
