A little about my background in Cakes. After graduating at The Trinidad & Tobago Hospitality School in Cakes and Pastries I went on to Graduating as a Master Cake Artist at Wilton in Chicago, USA. I always believed you can never stop learning new techniques. Over the years I also had the opportunity to be trained by numerous celebrity Cake Artists from around the World. From Food Network Stars to other Celebrity Pastry Chefs. Just to name a few people: Natalie Sideserf, Luma’s Cakes, Carla Puig, Stevi Auble, Jorg Amsler, Colette Peters among many others. Always so grateful for the opportunities I was given to learn from them and excited to further my career even more now. I had to take a little time off to focus on my health and my daughter who is Autistic but I’m ready to jump back on that saddle!

Following the news of a school banning an autistic child from a field trip, I feel the need to write this. There are boys and girls that no one invites to birthdays for example. There are kids that want to be on a team but don't get selected because it's more important to win than to include those kids. Kids with special needs aren't rare or weird, they just want what everyone wants: to be accepted!! 😡Can I ask a question?? Is one willing to copy and paste this post to their wall without sharing, as I did 🌈stand up for all disabilities! ☑️
