Cheers to my new favourite cake in life. I am not a buttercream lover and I didnt spot this idea on the internet surprisingly so I decided to try it myself~ An English Madeleine inspired cake.

Three layers of pillow soft and melt in your mouth cake smothered in strawberry jam and desiccated coconut, separated by the thinnest layer of buttercream.

I am in love 💜
