Culinary Institute of Trinidad and Tobago The Culinary Institute of Trinidad and Tobago aims to provide clients with a range of personal and professional development programmes and certification.

An education management and development consultancy, bringing together qualified masters in the culinary arts to provide training for career and personal development. While Covid-19 has affected our ability to deliver international certification, the Institute has launched its Diploma and Certificate programmes. The Certificate is a stepping stone to the Diploma, allowing persons to build their po

rtfolio at their pace. As travel restrictions ease, hopefully in the near future, we look forward to working with clients to become certified culinarians and pastry chefs. We are also an education management and development consultancy, bringing together qualified masters in the culinary arts to provide training for career and personal development. The CITT looks forward to providing culinary training in areas that are pivotal to food being a sustainable industry; its more than cooking and baking. Thank you for following us!
