แม้จะเป็นขั้นตอนช่วงสุดท้ายของการทำเค้ก แต่เป็นส่วนที่ต้องใช้ทั้งเวลาและความละเอียด เพื่อให้แต่ละก้อนมีรูปทรงและรายละเอียดที่เรียบร้อยก่อนออกจากครัว
