The holiday season is on its way and thus we would like to wish you to spend a very Merry Christmas and all the best in the upcoming year to you and your families.

We have already started to receive cake orders for Christmas Eve and New Year's eve and we expect to be quite busy since we have no attention to shut down for the holidays and leave you without delicious sweets and cakes.

Therefore, we would kindly appreciate it if you can leave your requests in advance, at least 5 days before Christmas Eve if you want a cake for your Christmas Party, or at least 7 days before New Year's Eve if you are planning to treat yourself with a lovely cake on this day.

We expect to have quite a lot of orders during the upcoming days, and it might be difficult for us to fulfill the "next-day" order like usual.

Dear customers,

As of today, we have over 30 products in our shop and the list continues to grow every week.
Some of the product names we include in the shop might be familiar, and some may not: we try to include both classic cakes, and our own interpretations and improvised desserts alike.
We think it would be great to encourage people to try out new cakes or desserts, though sometimes it is difficult to describe what exactly the cake or specific dessert tastes like with plain words.

Therefore we decided to make a simple chart with all our products having a 1 to 10 ranking of each different flavor type: sweet, sour, chocolate, berry/fruit, and creamy.
This chart represents our vision of the cake or dessert's overall taste, something that can serve as a reference when you want to try a new product and never experienced it before.
Doesn't matter what you are looking for today - something chocolate and creamy, or berry and sour, you can use this chart to find out which of our products will suit you best.
The list will be regularly updated as we add new products to the shop.

🍰 New York Cheesecake 🍰

One of the most famous cheesecakes in the world with a slight sour hint, thanks to the use of sour cream.
The cake crust is a whole wheat flour cookie.
The cheesecake is baked in the oven, which gives it a very thin crust on the sides but retains a delicate and smooth texture inside.
As an option, we can coat the top of the cake with our signature white chocolate and berry puree mirror glaze as seen in the photos if you require any decorations or birthday wishes to be displayed on the cake.

🥧Monkey bread🥧

This soft and sweet pastry is formed out of 64 balls of flavorful and very light yeast dough.
Each ball is coated with butter and topped with cinnamon sugar, which melts into a flavorful caramel as it bakes, with each bite tasting like the sticky delicious center of cinnamon rolls.
The pie can be sliced with a knife, or you can take off separate pieces one by one.

🥯Ukrainian bagels🥯

This pastry is made of yeast dough featuring both a stringy and soft unique texture achieved through long hours of processing of a very tight yeast dough, which becomes soft yet elastic.
Before baking, each bagel is scalded in boiling water for half a minute before being put into the oven.
This pastry is different from traditional bagels or pretzels, which are also scalded before baking, or pretzels.
The top of the bagels is covered with poppy seeds.
Ukrainian bagels are a great pastry and addition to the cup of warm milk or cocoa.

🍰 Caramel-Chocolate Fantasy 🍰

Our own interpretation of mousse cakes with a caramel-chocolate flavor.
The cake crust is almond-hazelnut dacquoise, covered with crustilantes of dark chocolate, hazelnut praline, and royaltine.
Next is a layer of dark chocolate mousse based on English custard sauce.
The top layer is caramel-cream mousse, with a layer of light caramel nougat and salted caramel inside.
The cake glazing is made of mirror caramel. The decorations on top of the cake are made of dark chocolate.
