Most of you probably know that we opened up a small coffee shop connected to the bakery. This helps to bring additional training for our students in how to handle customers, POS systems, barista training etc. The produce from our students in the bakery is sold in the coffee shop and the profit helps to cover the cost of student stipends and supplies. Meet our new students, 4 young women between 15-18 years old. Help us to pray for them, that they will encounter Christ and surrender to Him. That they will complete the training and that this will be a means for them to get a solid foundation to continue to build their lives on!

Creating something with your hands is one of life’s most satisfying activities. In the “Baking For Freedom” program, we aim to give underprivileged and exploited people the opportunity to learn a new trade, creating both income-generating products as well as new hope to dreams long lost. Hands on training in baking or working as a barista, along with English, health and hygiene, economics, business management, counselling, and discipleship will create a foundation for a new start in life.
