Our Story
We ‘Toast-It’ were inspired by the European café culture; small bustling eateries yet uncomplicated, unpretentious but serve fresh food and good coffee.
We have particularly fallen in love with the American traditional log home, which designed emphasis on the natural beauty of rugged style. It’s simple, unpretentious and earthy, but it embraces the nature-inspired textures and brings ultimate warmth. We wanted to adopt the feelings and deliver it at Chiang Mai, so ‘Toast-It’ was born!
We also love how the cafés we have visited became a real part of their communities. We would like to build those relationships into ‘Toast-It’ too, so we are using products and ingredients from local suppliers as much as possible. We aim to continually support other small independent businesses and our community.
