A little glimpse of what we’ve been working on lately in the kitchen ✧

While Forest Bake is closed until 20/05 (see you again on 21/05 🤍), we’ve been quietly creating new menus for this season.

This one is our Peach Almond Shortbread Bar — buttery shortbread with soft peaches, toasted almonds, crumbly topping, and a gentle hint of thyme 🌿

Sweet, nutty, soft, and comforting in the loveliest way.
