ตรุษจีนปีนี้ อยากชวนทุกคนมาทานเชอร์เบทส้มมงคลกันค่ะ เชฟเจนใช้ส้มญี่ปุ่น ส้ม Dekopon ค่ะ ใส่น้ำตาลน้อยมาก ไม่ใส่สี ไม่ใส่กลิ่น ไม่ใส่น้ำผสม ใช้น้ำ และเนื้อส้ม และผิวเค้า มาทำเชอร์เบท รสชาติมาจากน้องแท้ๆเลยค่ะ

Cookie batter
230 g All purpose flour 
30 g Cacao powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
170 g unsalted butter, melted & cooled 200g Brown sugar
4 egg yolk, at room temperature
200 semi-sweet chocolate chips or chocolate chunks

Raspberry filling
150 g raspberry jam
159 g white chocolate

Instructions
Filling
1 Melt white chocolate then mix with raspberry jam
3 Scoop or pipe the filling the freezer for 30 mins

Cookie batter
1 microwave butter for 30 seconds for 2-3 times
2 mix butter with brown sugar
3 add egg yolk
4 Add all dry ingredients
5 mix well then add chocolate chips
6 scoop
7 add filling or not up to u
8 bake at 180 for 9 mins
9 enjoy soft and gooey cookies 🩷
