Our Story

I Nalinee, married to a German who inspired and teached me to study and learn how to make bread and pastry, like in the old days, when there were using only best and natural ingredients, like his mother and his grandmother did. If possible we produce some of our ingredients, we use for baking like cream cheese, marzipan, sourdough and many others by ourselves. So I start in the year 2010 as Chiang Dao Mountain bakery to selling bread and continental pastry, successful, until today on the local market.
