Love Bread is made in our Wood fired oven using only the finest local ingredients. We use the invading Wattle tree wood from a local farm to fuel our fire. GMO-free, unbleached stone ground flours from Champagne Valley Mills in the Drakensberg, water from our borehole in Lidgetton valley and natural Kalahari salt, makes up our scrumptious loaves. We allow our dough’s, which we mix by hand, to ferm

ent over 48 hours ensuring we stick to the artisan way of baking bread. We are a 'made to order' bakery, meaning you would need to go to one of our local retail outlets to get a loaf. We do the following loaves as a standard but are open to special requests;
White Ciabatta
100% Rye sourdough
70% Whole Meal Sourdough
Baguette
Potato & Rosemary
Olive & feta
Garlic & feta
Rolls and Paninis
