Using a variety of heritage, ancient and wild grains, we have tested and refined our sprouting, milling and sifting process to bring the flavor of the grain to the forefront. Grains are identity preserved, single origin and
100% traceable. They are Stone Milled on site batch to batch and stored in a temperature-controlled environment to preserve flavor and freshness. Our breads, pastries and cakes uses freshly milled flour which means nothing taken out and nothing is added in. Bread is naturally leavened (and yes, some with a small amount of yeast) with a slow fermentation process that is 24 up 36hours. Combined with the best ingredients that we can source directly, and our love of food, we bring the best we can to the table. Everything is made by hand, and everything is ‘from scratch’ made in house. We take inspiration from all parts of the world combining the best of tried and true techniques to create unique and signature flavors. Our product range includes vegan cultured cheeses, plant based desserts, signature breads and a variety of gluten free products!
