เสือร้องไห้ที่ผ่านการรมควันในร้านของเรา ไม่ใช่แค่เพื่อกลิ่นหอม แต่เพื่อให้เนื้อนุ่มและมีรสชาติที่ลึกขึ้น จากเตาสโมกเกอร์สู่เมนูข้าวร้อนหนึ่งชาม จับคู่กับไข่ดองสาเก อร่อยเลยครับ

Every slice of our Brisket is smoked in-house, allowing time and smoke to bring out its tenderness and rich, deep flavor. Served over fried rice, and finished with a silky sake-marinated egg.

บางอย่างไม่ควรถูกเร่งรีบ การรมควันซี่โครงเนื้อ ซี่โครงหมู และบริสเกต ใช้เวลา 10-12 ชั่วโมง มีเพียงไฟอ่อน ควันไม้ และเวลาที่ค่อยๆ ทำงานของมัน ควันไม่ใช่แค่กลิ่น แต่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของรสชาติหลายชั่วโมงในเตารมควันที่เปลี่ยนเนื้อธรรมดาให้กลายเป็นความนุ่ม ฉ่ำ และเต็มไปด้วยกลิ่นหอมของไฟและไม้

Smoking our beef ribs, pork ribs, and brisket takes 10–12 hours, relying on nothing more than low heat, wood smoke, and time to do their work.

Smoke is more than just an aroma—it’s part of the flavor. Hours in the smoker transform ordinary cuts of meat into something tender, juicy, and deeply infused with the rich character of fire and wood.

เชื่อว่าหลายๆคนยังไม่เคยลอง Chicken Fried Steak เมนูที่อยู่กับเรามาเกือบ 13 ปี เป็นเมนูที่คนสั่งน้อย แต่ก็เป็นหนึ่งในเมนูโปรดของพนักงาน จริงๆแล้วเมนูนี้เกิดจาก ความชอบกินไก่ทอด Kentucky ของเจ้าของร้านสมัยอยู่ Ohio เป็นจานที่เรียบง่าย มีไก่ทอดและมัดบดราดด้วยซอสเกรวี่

แต่จริงๆ แล้วเมนูที่ชื่อว่า Chicken fried steak ของฝรั่งจะใช้เนื้อวัวทำ เลยทำให้เกิดข้อถกเถียงกันเสมอมาระหว่างลูกค้าฝรั่งกับเมนูง่ายๆ ในแบบฉบับของเราที่อยากให้ไก่ก็คือไก่ และไก่ก็คือ Chicken

อาหารของเราส่วนมากเน้นที่ความเรียบง่าย บางเมนูเป็นความทรงจำที่ดีในวัยเด็กอย่างเช่น ”ข้าวหมา“ เราเลยอยากแชร์ที่มาที่ไปของรสชาติในแบบ Sweet Pista อีกครั้งครับ

Many of our guests may not have tried our Chicken Fried Steak yet. It’s been on the menu for almost 13 years, quietly sitting in the background while becoming one of our team’s all-time favorite dishes.

The inspiration came from the owner’s days in Ohio and a love for classic Kentucky fried chicken meals — crispy fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and rich gravy.

Traditionally, a Chicken Fried Steak is actually made with beef. Over the years, this has sparked a few friendly debates with our international guests. But at Sweet Pista, we decided to do things our own way: chicken is chicken.

That idea reflects who we are. Many of our dishes are simple, familiar, and deeply personal. Some are inspired by childhood memories — like our beloved “Dog Rice.”

We’ve always believed that good food doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, the best flavors come from the stories behind them.

เมนูใหม่ค่ะ!! สปาเกตตี้ผัดแจ่ว + พิคานย่าย่าง เผ็ดนัวแบบไทย แต่ได้ฟีลอินเตอร์

ขอเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการสู้เศรษฐกิจ โดยปรับราคาเมนูส่วนใหญ่ลดลง ให้ทุกคนเข้าถึงมากขึ้น อร่อยเหมือนเดิม ปริมาณเท่าเดิม คุณภาพเหมือนเดิม แต่จ่ายน้อยลงค่ะ เมนูใหม่ๆ ก็มี มาให้ได้ลองกันเยอะเลย !!

เศรษฐกิจแบบนี้ Sweet Pista ขอเป็นที่พึ่งยามท้องหิว หรือใครเหงา มาเกาพุงแมวหน้าร้านเราฮีลใจได้ค่ะ ปรับราคาลงแล้ววันนี้ แต่อร่อยเหมือนเดิมนะ ❤️
