1. Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• ¼ cup vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs
• ⅓ cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ⅛ tsp salt
• Powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl, mix sugar, eggs, and oil until smooth.
3. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
4. Cover and chill dough for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
6. Scoop dough into balls and roll generously in powdered sugar.
7. Place on lined baking tray and bake 10–12 minutes.
8. Cool completely before serving.

2. Lemon Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• ¼ cup softened butter
• 1 large egg
• Zest and juice of 1 lemon
• ½ tsp vanilla extract

• ½ tsp baking powder
• Powdered sugar (for coating)
Instructions:
1. Beat butter and sugar until creamy.
2. Add egg, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla. Mix well.

Instructions:

Instructions:

2. Add pumpkin puree, egg, and vanilla; mix until fluffy.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, salt, pumpkin spice, baking powder, and baking soda.
4. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture.
5. Chill dough 2 hours.
6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
7. Roll dough into balls and coat thickly in powdered sugar.
8. Bake 12–14 minutes until the surface cracks.
