Our Wagyu & Black Cod Experience brought together premium ingredients, carefully selected wines and a menu created especially for the occasion by Chef Leandro and the team. In collaboration with Jagota Thailand & Garage Co., Ltd..

Working with exceptional suppliers and producers allows us to explore flavours, techniques and ingredients that don't always feature on our regular menu. It's a chance to get creative, showcase something unique and give our guests a dining experience that's a little different from the everyday.

For one night only, Chef Leandro and the team will present a six-course dining experience built around premium Sandalwood Wagyu and luxurious Black Cod, paired with a carefully selected wine experience in collaboration with Wine Garage Co., Ltd.

Supplied by Jagota Thailand, specialists in premium ingredients from around the world, Sandalwood Wagyu by LOTTE is one of Australia’s most respected Wagyu producers. Raised through an extended grain-feeding programme inspired by Korean Hanwoo techniques.

The dishes featured throughout this event have been specially created for this menu. The images shared here are from our previous wine dinner and are designed to showcase the quality, creativity and atmosphere of these special events. For Wednesday 27 May, we’ll be serving an entirely new concept, new dishes and new wine pairings.

For this special evening, Chef Leandro and the team will present a menu built around two exceptional ingredients. At 2 Fishes, we’re big believers that great ingredients speak for themselves.

Our Tagliata di Manzo is a perfect example, 300g Australian Black Angus ribeye, chargrilled and sliced over rocket, roasted shallots, parmesan and rosemary garlic oil. Simple things, done properly, with the focus always on flavour.

And while we might be called 2 Fishes, there’s a lot more coming out of the kitchen than just seafood… although the fish and prawns are pretty spectacular too. Just look at the size of those prawns.

If you’re joining us this week, we recommend booking ahead.
