And this time, I’m really happy with how it turned out.
✨ Soft & chewy snow skin
✨ Non-sticky, easy to bite
✨ Still soft after 2 weeks of freezing
✨ And most importantly — pure durian filling.
No unnecessary extras.

I tested and tweaked this recipe at least 5 times before finally reaching the texture and taste I wanted.
And yes, I still insist on one thing:
NO premix powder
The snow skin is made from scratch, with my own recipe and plenty of trial and error.
It may take more time, but when I finally get that texture I’m happy with, it’s all worth it.
Orders are already more than 50% filled!
