Indulge in the soft and flavourful Turkish Beef Pide (Kiymali) and Georgian Cheese Pide (Khachapuri) that will leave your taste buds craving for more. The beef Pide (pronounced Pea-Day) is filled with marinated minced beef and spices, topped with bell peppers and cheese. The Georgian Cheese Pide is filled with four types of cheese and contains egg, with an option to add chicken or spinach. Both are made on a soft homemade flatbread with no bread improvers used.

Each PIDE is ~18cm x 6cm.

Our pides are best consumed when warm. To reheat, you can use the following methods: oven reheat at 170°C for 5-7 minutes, microwave reheat each bun for up to 15 seconds, or air fry for 2-3 minutes. Please note that reheating time may vary.

All of our bakes can be stored in the fridge for up to three days. To enjoy them at their best, reheat them following the suggested reheating instructions provided.
