It has been quite sometime since my last update. 108 lapis prune, lapis cranberry, lapis plain, lapis in half cranberry & half prune and flourless lapis have been baked for this CNY.

It was extremely satisfying to see people enjoying the lapis cakes that were baked. I had repetitive order within the CNY and I also baked them after the 1st three days of the lunar new year.

Though 108 lapis cakes have been baked (its definitely a big number for the layered cake), the quality of the cakes have not been compromised.

I have collected feedback and most of them have been positive.
I would not mind baking the lapis cake for you if you like/love my lapis cake.
No time to take all the 108 cakes and the pictures were some of those that were taken.

End product of the 2 hours' hard work. Feeling awesome.

Last 2 lapis prune in the oven. Took 2 hours to bake a lapis cake, very tedious but satisfying. Especially when the end result is a 'like' from the person who tasted it, it feels awesome. So far, the review has been good from those who have tried the lapis cakes.
