I got a few questions about this cassava cheesecake. Basically both are the same ๐Ÿ˜Š but the cake on the left, the shredded cheese is not baked together. It is just a topping on top of the cake. But the one on the right, the shredded cheese is baked together inside the cake batter and also on top of the cake (which is the original version in Indonesia).

Which one do you like?

Super duper yummy Risoles and Kroket from !
Has been a while I didnโ€™t eat these snacks and Sis Lindaโ€™s ones are so authentic, big sizes ๐Ÿ˜ and have generous filling.
They are kidโ€™s friendly snacks too. Both my sons love them so much, they each can eat few pieces in one go ๐Ÿคช

I usually keep some in the fridge for easy breakfast/afternoon snack and just air-fry them for few minutes. Voila, warm yummy snack ready to be served. Really very nice, thank you Sis Linda. Love all your cooking! You are so talented and lovely ๐Ÿ˜
