From discovering old recipes to trying out brave new flavours brim over with taste that is not so sweet and not too rich, keywords to this modern baker. Excelling in flavour over pretty colours and decorations, Jo's cakes believes in marrying fine and unusual ingredients to thrill and excite the palate. Even as orders are still had for the popular Carrot with Cream Cheese and Ondeh Ondeh Cake, the

bold new numbers like Osmanthus and Lychee Mousse, Earl Grey & Lemon Buttercream, Black Sesame with purple sweet potato, Chocolate and Caramel Tart, as well as the OrNee Cake have a following of their own. Gluten-free cakes like Flourless Orange & Almond Cake, Banana and Chocolate “Cheesecake” and Blueberry “Cheesecake” cater for the Keto conscious crowd. Sweets aside, savoury delights like the Vegetables and/or Meat Quiche (customisable based on requests), cheesy zucchini and olive bread etc and the also available. Pick-ups are welcome but deliveries can be arranged.
