Coconut Mooncake!!!

Many may have not heard of coconut mooncake before as its not commonly seen in store.
The sweet filling made of fresh shredded coconut, olive kernels and full of nuts. Alcohol is added for distinctive flavour.

Its a healthier version where sweetness is mainly from the fresh grated coconut and minimun sugar used, so you can feel good about having this treat.
