We are back to baking and this is the first one we did after a loooong break.. For Anima's 50th birthday- pineapple cake with chunky pineapple cream filling and vanilla cream icing elegantly dressed up in flowers for the elegant lady.

Loved loved loved making this evergreen favourite for Gauri's 10th birthday. Love how the Snitch turned out. And the message from the mum totally made my day.

Some cakes are very special and this turned out to be one of those. Got a call from a dear friend to make a last minute cake for a young lady who was getting married and she wanted to surprise her. Ideas started flowing and this mehndi inspired cake, complete with the bride and groom's names, was what came out after we were done. Love the festive colour and design.

A cake for a dear friend's birthday.. tried the airbrush on it and totally in love with that machine.. love how vibrant the colours are and my favourite colour combination to brighten up a dull day..

A 25th anniversary cake ordered by Enakshi for her parents. It was a tedious job to cut and put all those dots on the cake but love the way it turned out.
The bottom tier is a salted caramel cake with butterscotch vanilla filling and vanilla icing and the top tier was a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and vanilla cream icing.

A jungle theme cake for Kyna's 2nd birthday. Mum, who is a dear friend, ordered this two tier cake and requested me to put 2 trees on top. The trees were a little tricky to make and I threw away quite a few before I made these ones and loved them. The toppers were placed at the venue.
Its a chocolate cake with vanilla cream filling and vanilla buttercream icing. The top tier was a vanilla cake with vanilla cream filling and icing.
