Miss Nutty Baker was established in 2015 - Started as a passion project to introduce the wonderful and buttery Sugee Cake to everyone and to honour her late father's Eurasian roots. Fast forward to today, She's still nutty, and now mixing up more sweet things from the heart!☺

I started this little baking adventure in 2015 with just Sugee Cake and a dream.

She grew up, found her flavour, and got a new name.

Lil Miss Nutty Baker is now simply… Miss Nutty Baker.

Same Sugee soul, now with new bakes in the oven and bigger dreams on the menu.

Good Monday afternoon to everyone!!! It's a week to the Lunar New Year, how's your prep been?

It's a busy Monday for me cause I've got some orders for sugee cakes so it's a busy bake day, but I love it and am loving the appetising smell of baked cake in my home. 😋😋😋

Had the craziest idea to sign-up for a stall and sell sugee cakes at Church of St Teresa's Yuletide Fest when I saw the details in the church bulletin. I ran my crazy idea with Dennis .heng and here we are a month later selling sugee cake after baking for 2 days in a row. Behind every wild and crazy idea I get is my wonderful spouse that supported me and carried that idea to life! It's the first time I've sold sugee cake at an event and it was a fun experience and am so grateful for the opportunity. 🙏

Been ages since I posted over here ☺ its been an exciting and really busy year!! Am turning to these chocolate truffles as my go-to treat! Am experimenting with a couple of flavours. Is anyone keen to try this?

Our Story

Lil' Miss Nutty Baker started in March 2015, to introduce people to the awesomely fragrant buttery-almondy cake that Eurasians eat at every occasion - the Sugee Cake. [because gotta preserve the Eurasian heritage!]

Other than the Sugee Cake, Miss Nutty receives requests from family and friends to bake whatever they feel like eating - chocolate cake, cake with beer, cookies, cheesecake and many more!

Recently, many family and friends, and Miss Nutty herself discovered the benefits of the keto lifestyle. So armed with a mission and challenge to develop keto-friendly treats, Miss Nutty has been busy tinkering in her kitchen to produce yummy guilt-free and awesomely yummy you-won’t-believe-these-are-sugarfree-and-keto-friendly goodies!
