What an incredible 2 days of fun!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined our Cake Decorating Workshop and made it such a memorable experience. Watching each of you transformed simple cakes into stunning works of art was truly inspiring.

This reminds me why I love caking and sharing my craft.

When we first started doing cakes, we struggled with our buttercream. There are so many buttercream recipes recommendations from various sites and sources. And they all swore it's the perfect buttercream.

But what's perfect for us? Not too sweet. Glides smoothly. Stability especially in sunny Singapore. And most importantly, yummy!!

Honestly, I've been on countless classes and workshops. That's how I learn best. And then I bring home what I learned and try again and taste it to my liking!

Join me in a 6-hour long workshop on Sunday 14/06 or Monday 15/06 where I will share my favourite recipes and techniques and go beyond the classic vintage cake design.
