Yes its been a while. I have totally stopped baking for a while since Dec 23. No energy and mood to do so. Luckily, a good friend wake me up asking me to help her bake 3 cakes. Thanks for giving me a wake up call. I started to bake again and enjoying the process again. Thank you.
