💚 KAYA BUTTER TOAST 💚

Soft layers of pandan sponge, homemade kaya, toast-infused mousse, and slabs of salted butter come together in a cake inspired by one of Singapore’s most iconic breakfasts.

This flavour was originally created as a seasonal special, but after receiving so much love from all of you, it earned a permanent spot on our signature menu.

If you haven’t tried it yet, National Day is the perfect excuse. 😉

One of our all-time favourites, this flavour was such a hit when we first introduced it that it quickly became a permanent part of our menu. 💚

Made with fluffy pandan genoise, toast mousse, homemade kaya, salted butter, and crunchy toast croutons, it’s our take on the nostalgic local breakfast we all know and love.

Featuring layers of charcoal genoise, velvety black sesame mousse, rich black sesame ganache, crunchy peanut praline, and a delicate peanut-sesame brittle, this cake offers a harmonious balance of nutty, roasted flavours and satisfying textures.
