So glad to attempt something unfamiliar but still took the leap of faith. Had never done a flourless ,gluten-free,leavening-free cake. Furthermore, its less sugar and outcome was great! Sponge is moist, airy and crack-free. This is so gonna be my new pet sponge.

Aren’t these Strawberries beautiful? I tell u they don’t only look Beautiful and perfect hearts per berry. The taste is legit amazing! Each bite is a pleasure! Soft,bursting with juice and leaves a very beautiful fragrance on ur palate which leads you to reach for another!If you happen to walk pass and see these you must get 1 to try or you will missed it till next year.
